All US orders are produced and shipped from within the United States. Orders for Canadian and international customers are fulfilled from regional facilities. We typically ship within 2 business days. We offer two shipping options:
- Economy (USD $3.99)—US only, 4–8 business days
- Standard (USD $4.75)—Worldwide, 2–5 business days locally, 10–30 business days internationally
Returns
We want you to love your order. Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at ecarahub@pm.me to request a refund.
