Refund & Return Requests
We do not accept physical returns of items. However, if you experience an issue with your order, you may request a refund by contacting us.
How to Request a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, please email us at ecarahub@pm.me within 30 days of receiving your item. Ensure the item is in the same condition you received it so we can properly evaluate the issue and assist you.
Your email must include:
- Clear photos showing the issue or defect with the product
- A detailed explanation of the problem and why you are requesting a refund
We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items and gift cards
If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason. Please ensure the item is in the same condition you received it and provide photos and an explanation as described above.
Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request with the required information, we will review it and notify you of our decision. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
